Please remember that when you use a link to go from Confortaquilts.com to another web site, these site rules and this Privacy Policy are not longer in effect. We are committed to protecting the information we collect. Security measures are in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information we have collected from you at our web site. If you choose to stop receiving periodic e-mail messages describing updates, new products or promotional offers, simply send a reply stating your request.
Shipping within the United States
All orders are shipped U.S. Post Office priority mail. Most orders are shipped within a week after we receive an order.
All CUSTOM orders (such as personalized quilts) will be confirmed by a delivery date given at the time the order is placed. For Custom Quilts, please call for shipping charge.
For orders totaling over $500, please call for shipping charge.
Shipping Internationally
International orders will be charged actual shipping cost, including insurance. Any duty charges are paid by the customer.
Returns
Exchanges and returns must be made within 2 weeks of the customer’s receipt of an item. Notification of an impending return must be made by email or phone (602) 997-8022. Customer pays return shipping. If it is our mistake, we will reimburse you for the shipping.
